With RPS experience in fabricating steel tanks, we are also experts in ensuring that every steel welded vertical tank can be kept clean and free from spilled oil or any product material. Here we try to prolong the life span of your investment. We recommend periodic overhaul of paints (corrosion prevention) and all water or accumulated dirt settled and removed from around the bottom edge of the tanks. We ensure that thief hatches and valves installed in vent lines are kept closed and we can assign periodic inspection for proper operation and oversee gasket conditions.

We can deduce a periodic agreement where our engineers visit your storage facilities with the aim of prolonging work life of the asset and hence prevent any future deployment of capital expenditure due to material failure.
